THIS PROJECT WAS ABOUT pH IN ACIDS AND BASES. A PART OF THIS PROJECT WAS TO MAKE A FOOD THAT WAS UNUSUAL AND INCORPORATED INNOVATIVE CULINARY TECHNIQUES, AND TRY TO MAKE THE FOOD AS NEUTRAL IN pH AS POSSIBLE.
